Tripletails Bar and Grill in Bay Saint Louis

Was thanked upon leaving by managment. Made us feel important.

This experience started out pretty rough to have ended up being a 4 start experience. Upon arrival, they immediately bussed up a great balcony table (or veiw is in pic) to seat us right away. Then our party waited at least 20 minutes watching other tables be seated and served drink without any acknowledgement. We were walking out when the owner stopped us and asked if we were taken care of. We said no, but maybe we'll try you again some time. He insisted on getting us drinks for the road, regardless of whether or not we would return in the future. The gesture and the sincerity of his apologies,were enough for us to return to our table and make a second go of it. From then on it was on-point speedy service from the wait staff as a collective team. There was never an empty beer. The food was quite good too. The fried shrimp was well seasoned and fresh, and being from New Orleans, we know the difference. Top notch all the way after a slight hiccup in the beginning.

Fantastic local venue!!! The owners, managers, bartenders, and waitresses were all phenomenal!! Treated us with incredible hospitality. They all made it a very fun night for us. Food was great, drinks even better!! Great live music too!! We will definitely return!!

Great atmosphere and not to crowded. Went early in the evening. Great view of the harbor and the boats. From one side and people watching from the other side.

Pretty nice place with a good vibe and nice staff. The food was only alright and the beer selection was nothing special, but it's a place to go and the beach is right next door.

The food was good. Truth be told they have great BBQ sauce. Plus, their drinks are reasonably priced. Would go again when I am in town visiting the antique shops.

pretty awful experience. We asked for pickle chips as an appetizer right away and it took about 30 minutes to get something that simple out of the kitchen. Before the pickle chips came, a side order of French fries came out that was supposed to accompany a burger that we had ordered. Finally the pickle chips came out, but at the same time as our meal so we didn’t really get a chance to eat them because we had our meals in front of us. Server was unapologetic and seemed to only care about us when the bill was delivered and we were expected to tip. Overall horrible, would not recommend

This is a great place for food, drinks, and live music. Great views of the bay and the pricing is relatively moderate. I have been many times and i tend to continue visiting this establishment.

Awful experience. Food received did not match menu description and was horrible. Lazy and unhelpful staff did not show any care. Waitress sat at bar vaping rather than tending to customers. Nearly empty restaurant and food and appetizers took nearly 40 minutes to come out.

I had a wonderful experience all in all. Atmosphere was very relaxing and also customer service was Fantastic. Alley was great,very friendly and helpful as far as recommending the best dishes for that day and every other day. I highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for great food ,great music,over all exceptional customer service was just amazing! Kid friendly and family atmosphere Is always a plus. It was just a very nice place to go and relax along the Beautiful Scenic Beach of Bay Saint Louis and great prices. Had a drink and appetizer. The drinks were cold and the chicken hot. The view from the 2nd floor is great.

Cool place good food. Did not care for some of the bartenders. Just plain rude when I was there. Would recommend to management to hire people that actually like serving others.

My husband and I drove all the way to this place to try it because we heard that it was the best deep fried ribs ever. We showed up to a very loud and crowded bar with no place to sit down. We ordered our food at the bar and the ribs were OK. Not the best I’ve ever had. We can say we came and tried it but I won’t be back.

The food is so good, delicious. They are not expensive. Only problem we had is that we waited over 45min for food. I don't know if they had any issues in kitchen or what, I know they weren't busy but we waited to long. It's beautiful experience especially outside on balcony. It was beautiful weather and view

Was in the area for an event and wandered into Tripletails. Just a quick FYI, go in the front door and take the elevator unless you like 3 flights of stairs. Didn't order much, but what I did order was AMAZING!!! They have these baby back ribs that are deep fried. OMG!!! I'm coming back to try the royal reds. Sat and chatted with the owner. He was super laid back. Go give it a try.

Stopped by for a few beers to get out of the heat. They have a live band and quick service.

There was a customer there harassing me, I asked the security to have her removed, she was obviously drunk, security removed her from my area, but let her remain in the establishment even though several other customers were also fed up with her. She continued to try harassing me across the bar, I made a few rude gestures her way, was told I needed to quit instigating by the owner, so I decided to leave , got harrassed by her again trying to get on the elevator, still security did nothing. I was reprimanded by security but he still did nothing regarding the situation. I usually visit this establishment when I come visit my mom, but I won't be going back there again. That was ridiculous. I wouldnt suggest this place unless they ever get their security measures up to par with better establishments.

Great view, but the service, food, and cleanliness left much room for improvement.

2 🌟 for view/location only.Food sub-par. "Do you even Philly Cheese Steak bro?" Spoiler alert, no they don't. Chicken wings every bit as good as the frozen food section of your local grocery stores.Avoid unless you are just waiting the game and don't care about food.
